I was in the store with my kids the other day, and we found a bag of "The Good Bean" chickpeas in the sea salt flavor. They were hungry, so we bought the bag to try. Well, in about 2 minutes flat it was GONE. We were heading home, and when we got home we decided to make it ourselves. It's sinfully easy, and the nice thing about doing it at home is you can add your favorite flavors. We added in chili/taco seasoning and pepper, and the finished chickpeas were gobbled up!
Ingredients:
2 cans organic chickpeas, rinsed
3 tbsp oil
salt
pepper
chili/taco seasoning
Here's how it looked after we seasoned the chickpeas but before we cooked them:

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Place chickpeas in bowl and add oil, salt, pepper and seasoning to taste. It should taste good!
Place on non-stick tray, and place in oven.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes, checking every 15 minutes and moving chickpeas around on tray, to desired crunchiness.
Remove from oven, eat!
(Share if you must) Store any leftovers in a ziploc bag.
